1. The place for breakfast dining is on the second floor. Please tell us the room number directly for breakfast dining.

2. It is necessary to use room card for induction for elevator, door and public area on the third floor and elevator. If you need to go out, please carry it with you.(Only two room cards are provided per room.)
3. If you need to call a room, please dial 2+the room number directly; if you need any assistance, please dial "9" directly and the counter staff will serve you.
4. There are vending machines on the third floor of the hotel for use by guests.
5. There are washing machines and clothes dryers (2 sets) in the public area on the third floor for guests to use. It is necessary to insert coins.
6. The business center on the third floor can be used until PM 22:00.
7. Free WIFI is available in the hotel, please search HSIN, and no password is required.
8. Smoking is completely prohibited in this hotel.
9. Do not take away non-disposable items in the room; please contact the counter to purchase if necessary.
10. Please return the room card to the counter upon check-out. If you do not return it, you will be charged NT$300 for the cost.
11. If any items in the room are damaged or lost, please immediately confirm with the counter staff; if the items are damaged or lost during check-out, the hotel will charge by the quotation.
12. In Nose Pet Hotel, each pet is charged NT$ 800, there are body type restrictions, and you must bring a vaccination certificate. We only provide pet with water and cleaning pads;the rest need to be brought by the owners themselves.
